Our Simple Returns Policy

Before requesting a refund - If you need assistance with installation and/or activation please check our Support Forum or the Online Help Pages or contact us by email.

Electronically supplied/downloaded software is available as a free trial fully functional for 60 days. We assume you have used the free trial period and you are satisfied that the software meets your requirements before deciding to purchase. If you have not used the free trial period we would suggest you do that BEFORE purchasing. However, you may cancel your order and request a full refund for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

If you request a refund for electronically supplied software you will be required to immediately stop using the software, uninstall it from any machines where it is installed and destroy any copies of the software you may have made. Additionally we will deactivate any product licence activation codes preventing them being used in future.
