Hey. i have a xp box and DNCremo 5.0 connected to my heian router. i want put in a win11 computer in its place.. but dont have any documentation, software, .. anything. can i retrieve settings and license from the old computer?

If your old computer is still working start the software and click the small question mark near the top left of the program window. This should show version infor and a serial number.
Include that in the email if you can.
