I have been using Remo DNC on my machines, workinh good until 2/15/19, I can receive files from the machine to the computer, but i cannot send files. any explination as to why this is happening?

You said that you can't send to the machine - what happens when you try? Does it throw an alarm?
Does the computer appear to send the file? There's a progress indicator showing 0% to 100%. Does that scroll all the way to 100% or does it move at all or maybe move a little and then stop midway?
How sure are you that the cable is good. Receiving from the machine uses different wires so, in theory, the wire for sending to the machine could be broken - loose solder connection or something like that.
