Topic: Purchased licence, but need data from another serial number

I have purchased a license after my free trial ended and got a new serial number, however all the data was saved in the old serial number that I need to transfer over to the new purchased license. How can I access the data from the account where the free trial ended, as I need to take the data from there and transfer it to the new serial number. Thanks

Are you saying that you trialed the software on one computer and you now need to move everything to a new computer and use on the new computer (not use on the original one?)

yes exactly. we trialed on a test pc to ensure all ok with connecting to our cnc machines. we didn't think after the trial period we could not access the set ups per cnc. is there a temporary code to use? we have purchased the software and activated on new pc.
