I need to load multiple files to run overnight with no operator

We do a similar thing where we have 2 programs to run on the same workpiece.
So i just used windows notepad to paste both programs into the same file, removed the % symbols from the middle and saved as a new file. That then runs through as a single file.
Not sure I'd leave the machine running all night on its own though.
