One of our RemoDNC laptops is failing. Can RemoDNC transfer the license to another computer, or do we need to purchase a new one?

Did anyone ever learn anything about this? I sent Support an E-mail a couple weeks ago and never got a reply.

We get emails every day and reply to every one of them.
If you didn't get a reply then we didn't get your email.
Do you still have access to your old computer? Can you start the software, click the small [?] question mark button near the top of the program window and a window pops up showing a serial number (on the old computer not the new one)
Post that serial number here and we'll find you.
