HOW DO WE GET THE SOFTWARE AND CAN WE LOAD ON THUMB DRIVE TO LOAD ON

I assume you are asking this question because the laptop that you want to use for DNC is not connected to your network or internet.

You can download to any computer and copy the downloaded file to a thumb drive to install on other laptop/computer later.

You can use any computer or device to make the payment and use any computer/device to collect the product licence key/activation number. It's just a number. You can write it n paper or print it. You can then take that number and key it in to your laptop to fully activate/enable it.

Trying to understand this collecting of the activation number. I paid for a copy of the program and received an invoice from a 3rd party, which advised I would receive the product within 48 hours. It's been at least 72 hours and I have received nothing from anyone regarding this product.
If I'm not understanding something, please explain.
I also sent an email to your support and received no reply so far.

Ignore that "72 hours" thing. That's just some legal max delivery time. In reality it takes just a few seconds.

As soon as your payment completes you were sent an email explaining how to activate your software. Check your spam filter.

Are you using Yahoo? Check the spam folder

As previous poster said, the delivery takes just a few seconds.

If you are rams*****@yahoo.com then just look in your spam folder.

In fact I just signed up for a yahoo account and sent it again - hopefully yahoo won't block email from their own server.

Thanks for the info. But unfortunately,there was nothing in my spam folder relating to my software purchase either. I only received an invoice.
In addition, I am not "rams****@yahoo.com.
