When does the alarm occur? At the very start of the program ie on the very first line? Or does the machine manage to run some part way through the program before giving the alarm?

If it starts as soon as you start then you need to look at the way the CNC program is formatted. Make sure the program number starts with O (Capital Letter o not a zero)
If it manages to machine a few lines in before the alarm then look at the syntax. Some If/THEN syntax is not identical across all Oi/OM machines.
