HI,
when I start a program via DNC, I press START once on the CNC router.
When the program has finished and I insert new parts, I always have to
press START twice otherwise the program will not start.
After the first press, the program jumps to START and remains there.
Only when I press again does the machine run.

In the easyDnc setup there's a mode setting. I assume you have this set to 'Fanuc'. Try changing it to 'Auto'.
Does that make any difference?

Yes, that was the Solution.
Switch Fanuc to Auto.
