Are you able to send small programs to the Z16 without drip feeding?
If flow control is enabled you should be able to drip feed but try small program first.
EasyDNC doesn't need any special setting for drip feed. On a Fanuc machine you set the control to 'TAPE' mode and press cycle start and then go to the PC and send. Other types of CNC are similar. But not all CNC machines are capable of drip feeding anyway.
