I am new to the industry and learning. Machine we are using is Amada COMA.
Currently trying to move away from FabriTALK software. I pulled the DNC settings (baud rate, parity, etc.) from our old software and plugged it into EasyDNC Remo.
Can't seem to get the code to send to the controller. Pressing send appears to run the code, but doesn't give us an opportunity to number it. Upon checking the COMA's controller there is no code uploaded.
Is this due to trial mode & need full paid suite?
Or is there something im missing during this test trial?
Thank you kindly,
Ismo

Best thing to do is send FROM the Amada to the computer. I know that isn't the direction you want to go but do that first just to confirm we're all talking the same language.
So, to begin put easydnc into 'Receive' mode like this
Then while easydnc is waiting for data go to the amada an send/punch a program - does it appear on the computer display.
If it does then put the Amada into Receive mode so tat it's waiting for data. Go back to the computer. Close that receive Window. Now go to Send mode and select a program and send to the Amada?
What happens?
