| By: Guest | Posted on: May 14 2015 at 11:24:58 PM | | We have been using EZ-Util for years and after switching our main server to 2012, it no longer sees the programs in the folder. Remo does see the folder properly, but we cannot get the demo to send/receive correctly. We get garbage when receiving and the Autosetup is not able to determine the correct parity, etc. We tried using the same settings as EZ-Util, but that failed. Thoughts? | |
| By: Support | Posted on: May 15 2015 at 07:56:38 PM | If tyu know the old settings, baud rate, parity etc then don't use the autosetup. Just set the settings as per the the old setup and use the normal receive option.
Them make a copy of the garbage and email it to support
